About me
I am Kim Nena Duggen – organizational architect and trainer. My passion is developing organizational architectures that truly advance people and companies and enable cooperation on an equal footing.
I love combining theory and practice in a way that brings about lasting change. Depending on the needs, I switch between the roles of consultant, trainer, or coach – always with the goal of developing tailor-made solutions that work. I particularly enjoy working with people who want to take action themselves!

- Previously board member and trainer at oose eG – introduction and support of self-organization in a cooperative and training in EAM, BPM, RE, soft skills
- Process management at Stadtwerke Flensburg and Thyssen Krupp Presta in the Principality of Liechtenstein
- Teaching Lecturer in the Master's program in Software & Systems Engineering Leadership (FH Wirtschaft Graz, since 2014)
- Volunteer work 2nd board member at iSAQB® International Software Architecture Qualification Board (since 2023), involvement in refugee aid

From “How to really work well” to “Soft skills for software architects” – I regularly share my knowledge at conferences (including MAD Summit, Agile Beyond IT, OOP Munich, JAX Mainz) as well as in specialist articles and interviews. I am also co-author of the book Basic Knowledge of Business Process Management.
And what else?
Having grown up in two cultures, I speak German, English, and Danish fluently. This diversity shapes my view of collaboration as well as my enjoyment of intercultural projects.
